6th grade students are able to choose between choir, band, or orchestra as their required course elective. All 6th grade students MUST participate in one of these year-long courses, but may choose to drop the program upon entering 7th grade.
The school does have a limited supply of instruments available for student use on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all instruments have been distributed, if a student is interested in participating in either band or orchestra, they will need to rent or acquire their own instrument from an outside source.
